How will Navigational Aids Dues Exemptions based on trip count be handled during the transition?
Since trip counts have not yet been transferred over to the PCS, the Maritime Services Division will manually apply exemptions to vessels that have met the required exemption criteria.
During the transition period, the Maritime Services Division will email processed Harbour Master’s Certificates directly to shipping agents.
What should I do if I’ve received my Harbour Master’s Certificate but need to update my certificate before departure?
If you need to update your Harbour Master’s Certificate after receiving it, contact the Maritime Services Division. Their agents will invalidate the existing Harbour Master’s Certificate allowing you to make the necessary changes. After you are finished the processing agents will regenerate a new Harbour Master’s Certificate.
