The PCS is a secure digital platform that connects the stakeholders and information systems involved in vessel clearance, cargo clearance, and port and transport logistics. Stakeholders such as freight agents, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and road carriers (hauliers) must register their organisation and members to conduct transactions on the PCS.
PCS registration is managed through the Single Electronic Window for Trade and Business, TTBizLink, and available to registered TTBizLink organisation and user accounts only.

If you already have a TTBizLink account, you must complete the PCS Registration Form A for User Accounts to provide consent and update your registration details.
TTBizLink organisation account owners may grant PCS access to their registered organisation members. Only TTBizLink users who have consented to share their registration data may be granted access as members.
The TTBizLink account owner may add registered TTBizLink users as organisation members and grant organisation members access to the PCS organisation via the Manage Organisation option on TTBizLink.
