Access a Declaration PDF

The declaration can be accessed as a PDF in both the draft and valid status. To view the PDF for an arrival declaration, click “Generate arrival PDF”. To view the departure declarations in PDF format, click “Generate departure PDF”.

Click on the document icon to view the particular declaration PDF.

You can also click the PDF icon in line for a particular declaration in the “Arrival forms” or “Departure forms” sections.  

If you are inside the declaration record, click “Print PDF”.

The generated PDF reflects the last version of the declaration that was saved. The declaration also states the maritime folder reference number and the current status of the declaration.
