Access Navigational Aids Dues Invoice Issued by MSD

Before payment can be made, the MSD must confirm the system-calculated fees are accurate, approve any pre-applied exemptions or manually apply new exemptions where applicable. When the amount due is confirmed by MSD, the status of the invoice is updated to “Issued”. Only then will the official PDF version of the invoice be available to users to make payment.
