Create a New Maritime Folder
Click “Add New” on the Maritime Folders screen to create a new folder. To proceed, you must select the relevant voyage record. Only the voyages for which no maritime folder has been created will appear on this list.

Tip: If you are unable to locate a voyage in the “Vessel Selection” screen, a maritime folder may already exist for the voyage. Search your organisation’s maritime folders to confirm.
The Maritime Folder can also be created by selecting “Save and Create Maritime Folder” when a voyage record is being created. View the Voyage Service User Guide for detailed guidance on the management of voyage records.

When the maritime folder is created, the voyage information is retrieved from the corresponding voyage record. You can click the Voyage ID in the maritime folder to be redirected to the voyage record. The vessel information is also prepopulated with data from the vessel profile selected for the voyage. Click “Print” to view the Vessel Profile PDF.

The version of the vessel profile that was submitted in the voyage record will be displayed. However, the processing agencies can also view old and updated versions of the vessel profile.

To access all the functionalities of the Maritime Folder, you must first complete the receiving facility field in the “Arrival Forms” section and the departure facility field in the “Departure Forms” section, then click “Save”.
Tip: If you retrieve a maritime folder and do not see the list of arrival and departure declarations, confirm that the receiving and departing facility fields have been completed.

Once completed, the arrival and departure declarations would be listed in the respective sections. The mandatory declarations are marked with an asterisk (*). Each declaration is assigned a unique reference number in a standard format: the prefix “DCM” followed by a 10 digit numeric sequence (eg DCM1234567890). All declarations are in draft status by default.
