Manage Declarations

The various declarations for a particular voyage can be managed within the maritime folder, or each declaration can be accessed directly via the “Maritime declarations” option in the navigation menu. Click the “Maritime declarations” option in the navigation menu to view all your organisation’s declarations.

From the “Maritime declarations” screen you can:

• Click the magnifying glass icon to view a declaration
• Click on a column heading (Form ID, Folder ID) to sort the list of folders in ascending or descending order of the column. By default, records are displayed in descending order by the Form ID, placing the most recent records at the top.
• Use the search criteria to retrieve a specific declaration

Note: It is advised that declarations are managed within the maritime folder itself.
