Manage Maritime Folders
The maritime folder contains all the arrival and departure declarations that must be completed and submitted to the regulatory agencies to obtain vessel clearance. The maritime modules is created via a voyage record and assigned a unique folder reference number. This reference follows a standard format: the prefix “FMA” followed by a 10-digit numeric sequence (e.g. FMA1234567890).
Select the “Maritime Folders” option from the navigation menu to view a list of all the maritime folders created by your organisation. From the “Maritime Folders” screen you can:
- Click “Add New” to create a new maritime folder
- Click the magnifying glass icon to view a volder
- Click on a column heading (Folder ID, Vessel Name) to sort the list of records displayed by in ascending or descending order of the column. By default, the records are sorted in descending order of the Folder ID, placing the most recent folders at the top.
- Use the search criteria to retrieve specific folders.
