Pay Navigational Aids Dues
After the invoice is issued, you may proceed with payment either via cash payments to the MSD cashier or via the TTBizLink online payment feature.

The TTBizLink online payment service allows persons to make online payments. You are not required to log in to TTBizLink to utilize this service to pay navigational aids dues.
To access this service, go to ttbizlink.gov.tt and select “E-services” in the navigation menu.

Select the “Pay” option in the menu, then click “Pay”

Next, click the “Pay Nav Aids Dues” button.

- Enter the invoice reference number (e.g. NAV1234567890) in the “Reference No.” field.
- Enter the name of the shipping agency for which the payment is being made in the “Client Name” field.
- Enter the total amount due as stated on the issued navigational aid dues invoice PDF in the “Subtotal” field.
The total amount due will be calculated below. Confirm that the total includes the amount due and the convenience fee calculated, then click the “Pay” button to proceed.

You will be redirected from TTBizLink to the CyberSource payment page. Pay close attention to the instructions that advise you to avoid clicking any browser buttons or closing the browser during the payment process. Click the “Pay” button to continue.

Next, you will be required to enter your billing information. Please provide a valid email address in the “Email” field to receive your payment receipt via email.

Input your payment details in the relevant fields.

Once the payment is successful, a receipt will be generated. The receipt will also be sent to the email provided in the billing information screen.

Confirm Payment
When MSD confirms receipt of payment via the PCS Invoice Module, the navigational aids due invoice status will be updated to “Paid”.

In the case that the navigational aids dues have been confirmed as exempted by the MSD, the invoice status will state “Exempted”.
