The PCS is a secure digital platform that connects the stakeholders and information systems involved in vessel clearance, cargo clearance, and port and transport logistics. Stakeholders such as freight agents, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and road carriers (hauliers) must register their organisation and members to conduct transactions on the PCS.

PCS registration is managed through the Single Electronic Window, TTBizLink.

Organisation Registration

New Organisations

If you are new to TTBizLink, you may request PCS registration for your business or company when completing the TTBizLink Online Registration Form for company/business organisations.

Existing Organisations

If your organisation already has a TTBizLink account, the authorised representative must complete the PCS Registration Form B for Organisation Accounts to:

• Update the organisation’s TTBizLink registration details
• Request registration of the organisation on the PCS
• Authorize the TTBizLink account owner to administer the PCS organisation account.

The TTBizLink account owner must also complete the PCS Organisation Registration Form Bto:

• Update their TTBizLink registration details
• Provide consent to share their registration data for the creation of a PCS user account within the organisation account.

Individual Registration

New Users

If you are new to TTBizLink, you may consent to share your registration data to the PCS when completing the TTBizLink Online Registration Form for your personal account.

Existing Users

If you already have a TTBizLink account, you must complete the PCS Registration Form A for User Accounts to provide consent and update your registration details.

Organisation Member Registration

TTBizLink organisation account owners may grant PCS access to their registered organisation members. Only TTBizLink users who have consented to share their registration data with the PCS may be granted access as members.

The TTBizLink account owner may add registered TTBizLink users as organisation members and grant organisation members access to the PCS organisation via the Manage Organisation option on TTBizLink.

• Completed registration forms must be submitted to the TTBizLink Help Desk atsupport.ttbizlink@gov.tt
• All PCS users must be linked to a registered PCS organisation.
• Independent hauliers (those not affiliated with a company) may register their personal TTBizLink account to obtain an individual PCS organisation and user account.
• All PCS registration requests will be facilitated within one (1) business day.
