Retrieve Arrival Data

When completing a departure declaration, you can select “Retrieve arrival data” to prepopulate the departure declaration with the data submitted on the corresponding arrival declaration.

Tip: use the “Retrieve arrival data” option before entering new data on the departure declaration, as any existing data will be overwritten.

In the example below, the crew members submitted on the arrival record has been retrieved on the departure declaration.
