Transfer Arrival Declarations

An arrival declaration can be transferred to another shipping agency that may be responsible for the departure of the vessel for this particular port call. This transfer feature allows the selected agency to view the arrival declaration and retrieve the data for reuse in the departure declaration.

When you click “Transfer arrival forms”, you will be prompted to select the agency that will be responsible for managing the departure declaration for this particular voyage.  Type the first few characters of the code or name of the agency responsible for the vessel departure. The system will automatically filter and display matching results in a dropdown list. Select the applicable result, then click “Transfer arrival forms”.

When the arrival declaration is transferred, the selected agency is stated as a representative on the maritime folder.
