View Maritime Folder Status

The current status of the declaration is displayed in the blue bar at the top of the record.

The status of the arrival and departure declarations is displayed at the top of the Arrival and Departure form sections. When the processing agency has accepted the declarations, the status is updated to “Clearance is accepted” and the date and time the clearance was granted is stated.

Arrival clearance is granted when all arrival declarations have been accepted by the processing agencies.

Departure clearance is granted when all departure declarations have been accepted by the processing agencies.
