Withdraw Declarations

In the case that the port call has been cancelled, the agent can withdraw the declaration record. Click the “Withdraw forms” option in the Maritime folder to update the declaration status to withdraw.
Note: A withdrawal is final, therefore no further action can be taken on the withdrawn forms.

When the withdrawn action is used, the status of all the declarations are updated to “Withdrawn”.

The status of the Maritime folder is also updated to “Invalidated”
