View Organisation Profile
The “My organisation” menu tab is only available to PCS users that have been assigned the Organisation Admin role.
Click the “My organisation” tab to view the organisation account details. To ensure that the organisation’s data on PCS corresponds to the TTBizLink record, users are not permitted to edit their PCS organisation account details. Any changes to the organisation details must be made on TTBizLink and will be updated on the PCS by the PCS Operator Unit.
However, as an Organisation Administrator, you can control whether your organisation’s information is visible to others. To make the data public, select the “Public Data” checkbox, which will allow PCS Portal users to view it. The organisation must be valid to be visible. Additionally, you may enter a description of the organisation’s business activities and services in the text box provided, which will be displayed alongside the organisation’s details.


Update Logo
The organisation’s logo can also be uploaded and displayed on the organisation’s profile.


Within the organisation account, the Organisation Administrator can also use the navigation menu above the organisation details to navigate to other components or configurations for the organisation.
