Confirm RTA/RTD

Once a vessel’s movements are finalized, you must return to the voyage record to input the following data:

• RTA: The actual date and time of the vessel arrival
• RTD: The actual date and time of the vessel departure

The entry of the RTA also triggers the calculation of the Navigational Aids Dues and updates the vessel’s trip count. View the Invoice Service Guide for detailed guidance on the management of Navigational Aids Dues.

When the RTA or RTD has been confirmed, the Arrival and Departure column in the “My voyages” screen will reflect the confirmed dates in bold.
