Manage Harbour Master’s Certificates

The Harbour Master’s Certificate (HMC) is automatically generated when the following criteria are met:

• All mandatory arrival declarations have been accepted by the processing agencies
• The navigational aids dues has been paid or exempted
• All mandatory departure declarations have been submitted

When the HMC is generated, it can be accessed directly in the Maritime folder in the “Attached documents” section below. Each HMC is assigned a unique reference number in a standard format: the prefix “HMC” followed by a 10-digit numeric sequence (e.g.HMC1234567890).

Click the magnifying glass icon to view the HMC details or click the PDF icon to access the HMC PDF.

While viewing the HMC details, you can also click the “Print PDF” button to access the document.

If deemed necessary, the MSD has the authority to invalidate an existing HMC. If the HMC is invalidated, MSD has the option to generate a new version.
